1. All transactions are made only in Korean Won (KRW), and payment can be made in cash or credit card. However, some cards may not be accepted for payment due to the circumstances of the card company, and if the card is not in your name, you may not be able to use it. There may be restrictions.
2. On-site purchases can be exchanged and refunded only within the booth operating hours on the day of purchase. For smooth guidance, please be sure to check for defects on site immediately after purchase, and bring the card you used to pay and the receipt. JYP SHOP Customer Center will assist you with any inquiries after the event ends.
3. There is no separate storage location for purchased products.
4. In accordance with the Resource Recycling Act, the provision of free disposable shopping bags is prohibited. Please prepare a separate bag to carry the product.
5. All products may sell out early. To purchase out-of-stock products, please use JYP SHOP.
