- OPP for product protection, shrink-wrapping film, scratch and damage to the package are not subject to exchange or return.
- Depending on the measurement method, there may be size and weight errors.
- The pin on the back of the badge is sharp, so be careful when using it.
- When attaching a pin, it may cause sagging and holes depending on the material.
- The badge is a painted product, and the color may come off depending on friction and the duration of use.
- Foreign substances that may occur during the process are natural and are not subject to exchange or refund.
- Because of the nature of the product, there may be fine scratches and scratches, which are not defective.
- In the case of prints and prints (photo cards), prints, scratches, and press marks less than 5mm, except portraits, are not subject to exchange or return.

Exchange and Return Process

  • Exchange • Return Request Exchange or Return for Change of Mind: Request within 7 days from the delivery completion date. Defective/Missing Items: Request within 90 days from the date of receipt.
  • 1:1 Inquiry Members: Go to [MY] - Customer Center - Submit an inquiry via [1:1 Inquiry] Non-members: Click ' Guest Inquiries' at the bottom of the app/web to submit an inquiry. *Attaching photos or videos can expedite the process.
  • Determination of Defects Disposal or collection of the item to be proceeded based on the instructions provided by the Customer Center.
  • Deliver • Refund Exchange: Dispatch of replacement item. Return: Refund processed after the defective item is returned and checked.
  • Exchange • Return Completed

Shipping Information

  • For pre-order items, the shipping start date may vary due to the production schedule. Please check the shipping start date before placing an order.
  • When multiple products are ordered together, items will be shipped sequentially based on the latest shipping date among the products.
  • Refunds or reshipment are not provided for items incorrectly delivered due to the customer's mistake.

Cautions for Exchanges/Returns

  • For printed materials (e.g., photo cards), minor dents, scratches, or pressure marks (5mm or less) are not eligible for exchange or return (applies to both front and back sides).
  • Scratches or damage of OPP, sealed, or any kind of packages which protects the item are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Product colors may vary compared to the actual color depending on monitor specifications.
  • Event gifts or special perks are custom-made products, and thus they may not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • Please check for product damage before use. Exchange or return requests may be restricted if the product's value is significantly reduced due to consumer use.
  • Pre-order products, sale items, and items such as CD/LP albums that are marked as non-exchangeable or non-refundable in the product details page, or items the product's value has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time (e.g., removal of product barcode, repairs) are not eligible for return.

Returns & Exchanges

Make a private inquiry to our customer service within 7 days of delivery and include the picture or video of your item to prove the grounds  for exchanges/refunds (the whole item or defective part), order number, barcode, reason for returns.
* Returns for defective and mis-shipped items are offered when the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
* If you need to request an exchange or return for missed items, read through FAQs before you make an inquiry.
