※ Conditions of the Jacket/Contents/Packaging
1) Small wrinkles on the jacket, dented edges, and cracks are not grounds for exchange/return.
2) The inner sleeve may crack upon contact with the disc. This is not grounds for exchange/return.
3) The disc label may not be applied smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
4) Damages on the vinyl packaging are not grounds for exchange/return.

※ Playback Errors
1) - The product may bounce when played on a turntable without a tonearm or weight adjustment function. (This is mainly found in all-in-one types.) This is due to the light weight of the tonearm.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted for device problems. Please use a device that supports a tonearm or weight adjustment function.
2) Disks may not be played due to static electricity and dust. Please clean the item with a disk cleaner.
3) Disks may not be palyed smoothly due to dust on the turntable needle.

※ Disk Damages
1) The disk surface may be bent. Exchanges and returns are only accepted if there's a problem with playback.
2) The center holes of disks are made small to minimize sound distortion and maintain consistent sounds. Please adjust the center hole with an appropriate product to fit the turntable spindle.
3) Small scratches and rough finishes may be detected on the disk. Exchanges and returns are only accepted if there's a problem with playback.

※ Colored Disks
Please note before purchase that exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following cases.

1) The actual color of the disk may be different from the screen images.
2) Color may vary by product depending on the manufacturing process.
3) Stains, smudges, and spots from other dyes may be detected due to the manufacturing process.

※ Exchanges/Returns
1) When submitting exchange/return requests for obvious defects via Customer Service, please attach a picture and a video of the defect as well as the model name of the playing device.
2) The jacket of LPs can be easily damaged during the shipping process. As such, return requests for change of mind or mistakes may be declined.
