[What is NEMOZ App (JYP X NEMOZ App)
Nemo Album is an eco-friendly smart album developed by NEMOZ.
The album package consists of a case made of eco-friendly bioplastic ECOZEN and FSC certified materials. By recognizing the QR card in the package with your smartphone, you can register the Nemo album in the JYP

1 Download the JYP X NEMOZ App on your smartphone and sign up
2 Recognize the QR code on the back of the QR card with the smartphone camera
2 You can listen to music after registering for a JYP X NEMOZ account.
4 In addition to music, you can enjoy a variety of content such as videos and photos.
5 The JYP X NEMOZ app provides services in 13 languages so that global fans can more effectively enjoy albums by JYP artists.
6 Nemo albums are included in the Circle Chart and Hanteo Chart album tallies.
* Once registered, a Square Album cannot be additionally registered to an account other than the initially registered account.
* You can register and use up to 2 devices with your Nemoz app account. After canceling a registered device, you can register and use other devices without restrictions. You can cancel once a month only if the registered device cannot be used due to loss or other reasons.

- Due to the nature of the product, there may be minor scratches and scratches, but these are not defects.
- In the case of prints and printouts (photo cards), dents, scratches, and press marks of 5 mm or less, excluding portraits, are not subject to exchange or return.
- In case of request for exchange due to defect or incorrect delivery / additional replacement product due to omission, please attach a video containing the contents stated on the caution sticker attached to the package and submit it through the 1:1 bulletin board. Returns & Exchanges

Make a private inquiry to our customer service within 7 days of delivery and include the picture or video of your item to prove the grounds  for exchanges/refunds (the whole item or defective part), order number, barcode, reason for returns.
* Returns for defective and mis-shipped items are offered when the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
* If you need to request an exchange or return for missed items, read through FAQs before you make an inquiry.

Pre-order items can be canceled during the pre-order period, but they cannot be canceled once you are notified that cancellation is not accepted.
