LIGHT STICK Servicing Booth Hours

②     April 16, 2023 (Sun), 1:30PM-6:00PM(KST) 

* Servicing is available for both CANDYBONG Z and CANDYBONG ∞.
* The hours of operation are subject to change depending on the circumstances on site.
* LIGHT STICKs are not available for purchase at the LIGHT STICK Servicing Booth.
* The LIGHT STICK Servicing Booth will move into the performance venue one hour before the performance starts.
* LIGHT STICKS will be available for purchase at the LIGHT STICK Booth each day of the performance. 
(LIGHT STICKs are limited to one per ticket holder for each day of the performance. Please have your mobile ticket pulled up or your physical ticket prepared. Screenshots of mobile tickets are not accepted.)
* Sets of 3 batteries each will also be available for purchase at the LIGHT STICK Booth. However, as the amount of batteries is limited, it is recommended to prepare your own batteries ahead of time.

KSPO DOME (Olympic Gymnastics Arena)

* The details of this event are subject to change.
* The LIGHT STICK Servicing Booth will move into the performance venue one hour before the performance starts.
* The sales period is subject to change. The hours of operation are also subject to change if stocks run out.
* It may not be possible to purchase MERCH depending on the number of people in line. If you want to make a purchase on site, please make sure to arrive to the venue early.
* Although the MERCH Booth is scheduled to close once the performance is over, the hours are subject to change.
* Purchase quantities may be limited for each product. 

How to Purchase
 - Once you choose and pay for your desired products at the MERCH Booth, you may collect them immediately at the Pick-Up Booth.
 - Only card and cash (KRW) payments are accepted. Some cards may not be accepted. The use of someone else’s card may be restricted.

Cautions
* We are not responsible for disadvantages caused by failure to read the following information.

-    Exchange and return requests are not accepted for products purchased on site. However, items with defects caused by manufacturing issues can be exchanged for the same product on site on the day of  purchase. 
After purchasing a product, please make sure to check for defects on site. (Exchange requests are only accepted on site.)

-    Exchange and return requests are not accepted once the MERCH Booth closes.

-    A separate storage area for purchased products is not available.

-    Please wear your mask while waiting in line at the MERCH Booth.

-    The provision of disposable shopping bags free of charge at the MERCH Booth is forbidden by law. Please prepare a separate bag in which to store your products.

-    Products are limited in stock and may run out quickly. Please refer to JYP SHOP to purchase products that sell out on site.

-    Please note that all products are limited to 5 units per person except for trading cards, which are limited to 50 units per person.

-    Online exchange and return requests are not accepted for products purchased on site. Please make sure to check for defects at the MERCH Booth.
